Co worker spilled a little dextrose 50% 50ml. i got some on my arm and didn't notice for a fee minutes. can this absorb through skin?

No worries.: A dextrose solution is just sugar water (dextrose is a sugar). Just like during handwashing, some of the water will get into the skin, but it doesn't go very far. This happens similarly with sugar water or salt water.
