Natural supplements: Would suggest magnesium glycinate (use this special form to avoid loose stools) 100mg, 2-4 caps 1 hour prior to bedtime or melatonin 3mg 1 hour prior to bedtime. You may combine these 2 as well. Avoid any caffeine after noontime as the 6-8 hour half life is doubled with your elevated pregnancy hormones.
