Adderall can worsen: psychosis (loss of touch with reality including hallucinations and distortions in thinking and emotions). Psychosis can impair concentration and focus interfering with studying. Seek evaluation to sort out ADHD, psychosis and medication indications. Take medications only as prescribed and report both good and bad effects to prescriber to guide adjustments.
