Rule our angina : The pain from the heart is actually manifested as chest pain "or pain in chest". When accompanied by heaviness, it is considered to be from a cardiac (heart) source unless proven otherwise. The er doctor will do an ECG and run some labs which is recommended without knowing more. Other things can cause these symptoms, but the rule of the artery is supreme.
