It is possible!: You might have been receiving chemotherapy. The BMT will be determined based on you response, disease status and your body conditions.

No: high dose chemotherapy associated with a bone marrow transplant is no longer recommended for metastatic breast cancer. Trials have shown this approach to be ineffective. Newer immunochemotherapy trials are now in play and should be investigated/
