Get evaluated: You are a boxer and have had a detachment, presumably from trauma. Floaters are common but can be a serious warning in an eye that has already had a detachment (at a young age). Immediately get an appointment with the retinal doctor that re-attached your retina.

Get exam: A new floater should always be evaluated by an ophthalmologist to rule out a retinal tear, or detachment.

Possibly: It could be something as benign as some sort of vitreous debris that has gotten in your visual axis but it could be new blood or a new tear somewhere. Consider getting an urgent evaluation just to be safe.
