Nuvaring: http://www.merck.com/product/usa/pi_circulars/n/nuvaring/nuvaring_ppi.pdf Read the above link on patient information for Nuvaring. You are supposed to start Nuvaring on Day 1 of your cycle, if you start Nuvaring on day 2-5 of your cycle you are supposed to use condoms for 7 days. Please follow the instructions on the website, insert and remove Nuvaring at the same time i.e. 8 am Monday as directed
