Hunger: R u eating sufficient calories to satisfy hunger? Avoid artificial sweeteners (equal, etc) & high fructose corn syrup (hfcs) as they do not turn off the brain's "full" switch; so u still feel hungry & keep eating. Try eating 4-6 mini-meals throughout the day to keep some calories in your system. Avoid high glycemic carbs (fruits/veggies/grains) as they raise sugar fast, follwed by rapid sugar drop.
