Cannot exercise due to painful heels?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Plantar fasciitis : Plantar fasciitis typically presents as pain in the heels especially on the first step of the day. It can be caused by tight calf muscles. Stretching your calf muscles and rolling your feet on a frozen water bottle it a good start for relief. If the pain persists for more than two weeks see a Podiatrist.
