Itching sores, swelling bumps, feeling of hard to see bugs are crawling on my skin. however, the bugs are not out all the time, they hide sometimes. i know that it might sound crazy but its like they can mask the way they look. its not scabies! help!

Itchy rash: Full medical history and physical exam, vital signs, review of any medications/allergies. Pregnancy test. Sometimes pregnant women get PUPP. This sounds like it may be an allergic reaction which can be intermittent due to exposure to the allergen, either food, detergents, plants, dyes. If you have shortness of breath call 911. Otherwise see MD some blood tests, steroids, antihistamines. Exam ASAP
