Are these spots on both feet? If yes, it can be Tinea nigra. It is an uncommon infection caused by Hortaea werneckii, a yeast . It is easily treatable. Dark rough spots with irregular borders and growing can be concern for Melanoma . Please see a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Hope it helps.

Since it doesn't hurt, it is probably not a healing injury. And, depending on the coloration ; Black Pigmented spots, dark brown spots, calloused skin or just stained skin One need not worry. It is highly unlikely to be melanoma at age 26. Keep the feet clean and watch for any changes of concern to see the PCP or Dermatologist.
