Can you cry and stress yourshelf out and cause death?

No, but...: Getting worked up emotionally cannot itself cause death despite "pop" notions of "dying of a broken heart." however, being trapped in impossible interpersonal / life situations, or not having optimum living skills, or having a neurotransmitter mood disorder can make life a living death. Get with a knowledgable pastor, physician, counsellor, or reliable friend -- you should not be suffering so.
