Chest: Imaging and Pulmonary Function Testing on a regular basis (In my opinion, Pulmonary (lung) function tests along with Mask (Respirator "fitting") (on employment) then yearly PFT with imaging every 5 years if asymptomatic every 2 if abnormailities are noted! BTW ALL THE RULES CAN BE SEEN under CWXSP (Coal Worker's Surveillance Program National Institute Occupational Safety Health (NIOSH) Dr Z
