Hernia: Your pain is most likely not related to smoking or masturbation. You could have a hernia in the groin that can cause pain similar to yours. Pain in the testicle needs to be evaluated by a medical provider to make sure the testicle and other anatomy are normal. Masturbation should not be an issue and please stop smoking now so you do not develop other problems later. Good luck
