Best to talk w/ Dr: Once you've really stopped, it ought not be a problem - but discuss this w/ the Dr who prescribed the Zoloft. They need to know about all other Rx or supplements you take. It will probably be safe - but get into the habit of discussing this topic w/ your providers.
