Pain under rib cage: Pain under rib cage can be due to many factors. What is your age? Where exactly is the pain. Consult with us to help you better. If you are older than 65, we worry about angina or heart attack depending on your medical health/history. If you are young, the most common causes are: GI issues/gas, musculoskeletal pain, infection/pneumonia, heart issues, referred pain from another source.
