May need help: If you are not having regular periods then you may or may not be ovulating. You will need to see an Obgyn who can do an evaluation

Conception: If you are ready to try to conceive my suggestion to you would be to see a reproductive endocrinologist. They will be able to work through to see the cause of infertility and lack of periods and help with conception.
