Miscarraige: 80-90-% of all miscarriages are due to what is called "the blighted ovum defect": in other words, the fertilized egg had genetic/chromosomal abnormalities and this is your body's way of both recognizing this and expelling it. Go about your normal sexual life. These things are our body's defenses and are considered normal. Nutrition, exercise and positive mental attitude are key.

Miscarriage: I am not quite sure what a "strong enough uterus means". However, I do know that at 6 weeks most miscarriages are due to the pregnancy not being normal and the body rejects. This is common. A miscarriage in itself is not a sign that you have problem. http://www.aafp.org/afp/2011/0701/p75.html This link will be helpfull
