No worries: Klebsiella in the throat is unlikely to be the cause of any symptoms. It is normal in people's intestines and we're all exposed to it from time to time. Klebsiella sometimes causes urinary tract infection, pneumonia, and even more serious bloodstream infections (sepsis), but mostly in otherwise unwell people, especially those in hospital. If otherwise healthy, you and grandson are at no risk.
