Arch pain treatment: You could have plantar fasciitis, a foot sprain, a stress fracture or a pulled muscle. Try resting, icing, compressing and elevating. You could also try rolling the bottom of your foot on a tennis ball to alleviate pain. You could also try arch supports and decreasing physical activities that cause the pain. NSAIDs can help alleviate the pain and inflammation.
