Very unlikely: If your 6 weeks pregnancy is "normal", it is very unlikely that "being jolted roughly" can or will cause a miscarriage. Despite many anecdotal stories and "circumstantial coincidences"... there is no good scientific evidence that falling, bumping, running, jumping etc...can dislodge a normal pregnancy or cause pregnancy losses.
