Many possible reason: There are a number of possibilities. First of all, if you are using any drops they may be the culprit. If you have any allergies or hay fever or eczema those can also cause depigmentation. If you have irritation around your eyes like blepharitis especially if you are rubbing them that may also be causative. Finally, for this summary, vitiligo can happen in a limited way around the eyes.
