How do i protect myself from catching tuberculosis when i'm out? in my country, it is a huge issue. i am always scared to go outside of my house. help

That means the danger is when somebody is coughing (even after the coughing person left the room). Make sure no family member or housemate has a chronic cough. Outside of the home, one can wear a fashionable mask dense enough to filter out TB.
