Poss vitiligo: In vitiligo, thre is a loss of the the melanocytes, or pigment cells in the skin, and skin does not appear red or scaly. Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder and is influenced by the hormonal changes of pregnancy. It is thought that about 0.1-8 % of the population have vitiligo.
