Gallstones : One possibility is that you are expelling gallstones from your gallbladder, which then enter the gut and are visible now that you have diarrhea as opposed to solid stool. It is possible that your stool is yellow because you have suffered a recent blockage at the exit of your gallbladder into your gut. Would see a doctor if you start to feel ill.
