Possibly: You are already doing two important treatment modalities for sciatica. Other options include Anti- inflammatories such as Advil or Aleve or prescription medications. Acetaminophen like Tylenol and in some rarer cases short courses of steroids like prednisone. However you would need to talk with your physician and make sure these are safe options for you based on your medical history. Good luck
