Consider spinal pump: Drowsiness is a very common side effect of baclofen. If you are requiring high doses for your spasticity, it may be worth considering a spinal cord Baclofen pump- "intrathecal baclofen." this can dramatically reduce drowsiness because it delivers the medication where it is needed most. Discuss this with your doctor.
