Do i have to worry about contracting rabies 29 years after helping a person with skinning a raccoon in tennessee? or is this just my anxiety?

Rabies: I would not worry. However there are reported cases of incubation going out to 29 years. See this International Journal of Infectious Diseases article: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1201971211000889. This is so infintestimally rare. I always wonder in those kind of cases if there was an unknown exposure that occurred after the sentinel event.
