Non Diabetic: "Reactive" hypoglycemia is REAL (Some feel it may be a form of PRE-DIABETES but is seen in OBESITY and in some very unusual cases due to a tumor of the pancreas (called an insulinoma) IN SHORT, this needs interpretation by a Board Certified ENDOCRINOLOGIST or DIABETOLOGIST! (a "PROLONGED" GTT with insulin levels has been and could still be the GOLD STANDARD for evaluation of this condition! Z
