Rectal Bleeding?: Rectal bleeding is commonly caused by Hemorrhoids. However, you need to be sure that an alternate cause like rectal cancer is not the basis of your rectal bleeding. Since you have abdominal pain, you should be more concerned to exclude rectal cancer by visiting your doctor for physical examination and Endoscopy(proctoscopy/Colonoscopy). Also tell us your age? Colonoscopy is a recommended for >50yr
