Paracetamol : For pain relief should be safe. Generally no cure for the cold. Rest fluids and time. Urgent assessment if troubles breathing

Cold and pregnancy : Colds are caused by virus . Paracetamol , rest and hot fluids are the only thing that are recommended. If you develop rashes , vomiting , or having shortness of breath then please consult your doctor.
