Five weeks pregnant with a cold what can i take?

Tylenol (acetaminophen): For the safety of your pregnancy only tylenol (acetaminophen) is recommended at this time. Your cold will pass in time, but harm to your fetus with the wrong drugs will not.

Rest, Fluids: Rest, keep your fluids up, chicken soup, etc. If symptoms are severe, best to discuss with your ob/gyn as even some over the counter medications can be problematic during pregnancy. Good luck.
