More info needed...: How old is the bridge? Do the teeth have root canal therapy? Do you have periodontal issues or sinusitis? When was your last professional cleaning? It appears you need to see a local dentist for an examination to determine the cause of your pain and the appropriate care.

See DDS: The simplest explanation would be to return to the dentist for a possible bite adjustment. If the dentist finds any other abnormalities, such as need for possible root canal therapy, it may be addressed at that juncture.
