A few days ago a pimple-looking thing appeared on my left areola. it's painless when i touch it and there seems to be a dark dot in the middle of it. it's been concerning me as an 18-year-old male. could you give me any advice what it could be?

Blackhead ?: The simplest answer is a comedone, or pimple, that is fairly easy to treat, other pissibilities would best be handled by a skilled dermatologist, my differential would include inclusion cyst, skin cancer, and possibly infected mole. I would go see your dermatologist to get the best results snd treatment
