i have sudden severe left wrist pain when turning knobs or reaching back for seat belt, etc. popping sound. tendon seems to "catch." accutane related?

Maybe, maybe not: 1-10% of people can have problems with their muscles or joints on Accutane. However, what you describe can be due to other things as well. Best to call your doc today and ask what the best next step is to sort out the cause.
