2 years ago had hpv. got surgery done to remove cin1 and now test shows negative of hpv. does it mean it's gone? how long to do another test to check?

Gone, no more tests: Most HPV infections are cleared over time by the immune system. You can safely assume your infection is gone and won't cause you any further problems. Probably no additional testing is necessary, but check back with your doctor in case s/he has different advice.
