Get seen now: I trust this is all-of-a-sudden and that it's not a hernia. I trust that you otherwise feel well with your usual exercise tolerance. I suspect that something is blocking the veins and/or lymphatics from your scrotum. I'm concerned that you may actually have a clot in a pelvic vein, and there may be more to the "cellulitis" on your abdomen than anyone has suspected so far.
