Can scrotal cellulitis make you sterile?

Almost certainly not: Cellulitis is a skin infection and generally doesn't penetrate below skin level. Therefore, it is unlikely your scrotal contents (testicles, blood vessels, sperm tubes) will be harmful, except maybe in unusually severe infections. Check with your doctor, but probably there is no reason to worry about your fertility.
