is it safe to use to 100% natural products? (like products which claim to have coconut & other plant-derived ingredients instead of synthetic ones)

Natural products: can lower the probability of illness but are no guarantee against health problems. Please think holistically. Look at your lifestyle. Do you exercise, get enough rest, etc. All of this helps. Peace and good health.
