Cud b a minor injury: Some sharp ingredients in food cud injur the soft palate and back of throat while swallowing. It would feel like something is stuck there. But it should heal in 1-3 days. Other guess would be an allergic rxn to something in food. If no pain and just constricted feeling in the throat is there , you should be fine. Go for an exam if feelin persists.
