Impossible to tell: In your area, parasite infection is a likely cause but so would an allergic condition. Sometimes this may cause no problem at all. Need more details.

No need to worry: Not uncommon to have elevated eosinophilic count, many people do, can be due to allergies, parasites in your gut, or no reason at all. If you have no symptoms, perform stools analysis for ova and parasites, preferably 3 different samples at 3 different days, better run that by your doctor. Otherwise, you can repeat the cbc later at another lab facility, and follow with your doctor, good luck
