No known interaction: While taking St. John's wort (which has monoamine oxidase inhibiting properties that may help depression), you must not eat or drink certain foods and beverages that are high in tyramine as that can raise blood pressure to dangerous levels. Inositol is a vitamin-like substance that might help panic, anxiety, and depression and can cause nausea, tiredness, headache, and dizziness. Best regards.
