Inositol isn't: readily absorbed, and is more a prebiotic. So, it can be taken anytime. Also, l-theanine is for issues related to post traumatic stress disorder, and as an amino acid would probably best taken alone by itself. I would take Zoloft (sertraline) once a day separately at the time your doctor recommended you take it. Not take it all together.
