Follow up: Sometimes other medication is needed. I would advise to call back your prescriber. Need to take the ibuprofen 600 mg three or four times a day. This can be irritating to the stomach. If you have taken it every day couple times a day, definitely call back . You can lose too much blood and become anemic or worse yet pass out if you are hemorrhaging Call soon
