Baby teeth: Dont worry , sometimes teeth come out later on some children, if you want to be sure ask your dentist to take an xray to see if the teeth are under the gums. See the chart in the picture.

Baby teeth: Some children have delayed eruption of their primary teeth while some children are born with neonatal teeth (present at birth). Run you finger at the top of the gums. If you feel something sharp the teeth are getting ready to come through. If really worried, seek care from a pediatric dentist and have them take an x-ray.

Not unusual: Although 6 months is average age of eruption of 1st tooth, the range seems to be 3-18 months. 1st dental check-up, with dental growth and development expert, a pediatric dental specialist, should be at age 1, whether teeth have erupted or not.
