I have a reoccurring rash that comes and goes on my neck only. the look like hickeys and get swollen if i scratch. they go away on their own time. sometimes they itch. topical benadryl stops the itching. what could it be?

Allergic: dermatitis- may be due to foods, cosmetics, systemic allergies or underlying medical conditions. i suggest formal allergy and skin testing.
