Calcification ...: After previous injury as " kick" to shin or tendon sometimes as result of healing of hematoma( bruise) calcium deposits in and it may persists as " hard lump" painless . It is just anoying and not dangerous. If growing or causing probelm with movment or pain tahn consult doctor. Leave it alone oterwise.
