Not recommended: It is not recommended to change periods for convenience. They do make birth control pills that are taken continuously so you don't get a period. However, you do get spotting. No methods I know without using some type of hormonal manipulation that may or may not work at this late date. Do you use Tampons? Consider continuous birth control pills if you need contraception and don't want period.
