Relax: Blue veins on underside of tongue are normal. As to necrotizing fasciitis, in over 50 years of dental training and practice I have not heard of even one case. Your sublingual pain, however, should be investigated. Scores of possible answers. See your Dentist or an Oral Medicine specialist for examination.
