Is it normal to have tiny difficult to pop bubbles in the water post bowel movement (the stool itself is solid and not bubbly) i frequently have noticeable mucus in my stool? the substance was gooey and when stretched from water it would snap to tool?

My stool is a yellowish-brown quite solid even constipated I'd say however after a bowel movement the water is a foggy almost pure white what is going on with this? There are a few large globs of white as well?
